Housing market reports for any postcode in England and Wales
Every postcode area and district has a standing market report, rebuilt monthly from the full HM Land Registry record: what a typical home sells for in cash and in today's money, annualised returns over one to twenty years, how many homes actually change hands, how detached, semi-detached, terraced homes and flats behave as separate markets, and typical rents with the gross yield they imply. Browse them all at local market reports.
You can also ask a question in plain English, like "where can I buy a flat under £250k near Bristol", and get a written report back with charts. The wording is written by AI, but every figure in it is computed from the Land Registry data first, so it cannot invent a number.
The rest of the site works from the same dataset: every recorded sale since 1995 on a map, median prices shaded by neighbourhood, and homes for sale priced against what actually sold.
